Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account on GadroFi you agree to the terms set out here. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and a resident of Nigeria. You agree to provide accurate information and to comply with Nigerian law.

3. Wallets and trades

GadroFi provides a digital wallet for naira and selected crypto assets, plus the ability to trade and sell giftcards. We do not offer investment advice. Crypto prices are volatile; you trade at your own risk.

4. Custody

Crypto holdings are custodied by our third-party partner (Quidax). Naira balances are held in trust with our payment provider (Paystack). GadroFi never takes possession of customer funds.

5. KYC and limits

Withdrawals above ₦500,000 in a single payout require human review. Withdrawals above ₦5,000,000 in a month require Tier 2 verification (government ID + selfie).

6. Acceptable use

You may not use GadroFi for money laundering, terrorism financing, or any activity that violates Nigerian law. We may suspend accounts we suspect of misuse.

7. Liability

GadroFi is provided as-is. We are not liable for losses arising from price volatility, network downtime, or actions of our third party providers, except as required by law.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified to the email on your account at least 14 days before they take effect.
